Today’s Stats: Miles 18, +/- Elevation, 456/745, Total Miles 2535. Perfect weather today sunny and in low 80’s. A short day today but some longer days are in our future. Saratoga has a bit more going on than some of the other small towns we have visited. Choice of restaurants, stores and a laundromat.

Leaving Riverside this morning. Town consisted of convenience store with gas combined with hardware, restaurant, bar and campground.

Pronghorn enjoying the view. We see a lot of these but they don’t let us get close enough to get a good picture.

Scouting the countryside during ride for wild life get to town walk to Family Dollar store and look at deer enjoying the grass of front lawn in town!

Met Kim and John from Minnesota riding Eastbound. Kim is 10 year survivor of Lobular Breast Cancer which they are riding to raise awareness and funds. We enjoyed chatting with them.

You two are really looking good. This trip is good for you. Stay safe and continue to enjoy yourselves.

Pat and Mark….I continue to be in awe of what the two of you have accomplished. You have now traversed six states!! With only three more to go before you dip you front tires in the Pacific Ocean—very impressive. Curious if you went to the horse racing track while in Saratoga? On second thought maybe Carley Simon was referring to the track in Saratoga, NY.
Continued safe travels.
Jeff
